Here are some upcoming events:

On Thursday, November 1: - I am taping a program with Kathe Gogolewski on her new (and VERY WELL RECEIVED) radio show www.themotherdaughterclub.com. We will be talking about some of the First Ladies and their Daughters! We don't know when the show will air - Kathe says probably in January - but we will let everybody know in plenty of time to tune in! Meanwhile, I urge you to check out the website - some of her earlier shows are archived, and she's had nifty guests!

Monday, November 5 - 8 PM - St. Bart's Rosary Club in East Brunswick, NJ. We'll discuss some of the "unknown" First Ladies in our history! There were plenty of them!

Tuesday, November 6 - Noon - The Springfield, NJ Library is hosting a program on "The Civil War Divas" - a discussion about Mary Todd Lincoln and Julia Dent Grant - the old gals who towered over the Civil War Era!

Wednesday, November 7 - 7 PM - The Summit Adult School, Summit, NJ - A program on "The New Woman" ....Hmmmm. Those old gals between 1875 and 1900-ish. What was so "new" about 'em?

Sunday, November 18 - 2-3 PM - The Montville Library, Montville, NJ, participating in a townwide festival, will host a reading/signing, etc. on "T: An Auto-Biography" - my recent children's book about a Model-T Ford.

Tuesday, November 20 - 2 PM - The Woman's Club of Morristown. Some more of the "unknown" First Ladies in our history.
